Scott has an unrivalled reputation in the market for

Scott started his career in Construction with joining
John Mowlem Plc as a quantity surveyor working within
the major projects sector of the industry. He progressed
with Mowlems for some years and successfully completed
the rigors of their training scheme that is perhaps credited
as one of the best in the industry, gaining valuable experience
in estimating, project management, buying and planning.
With this firm foundation to build on Scott worked for
various other top ten building contractors and delivered
a wide array of projects in and around London and the
South East, ultimately moving into a Managing Estimators
role for the Wates Group where Scott was responsible for
the estimating department, managing the whole bid process.
Scott then was instrumental in the formation of Lloyd
McCulloch Ltd and brings this wealth of experience, knowledge
and expertise to the firm and is able to offer a fresh,
bright and enthusiastic approach to a very traditional
industry
.
Ian Lloyd is a founding Director of Lloyd McCulloch and
a Chartered Surveyor. Prior to the formation of Lloyd
McCulloch Ian worked as senior quantity surveyor for Gardiner
& Theobald. Ian began his career working for a medium
size building contractor, during his career Ian has worked
on a diverse range of projects including a number of high
profile schemes. These ranged from minor alterations and
extensions to domestic properties through to landmark
multimillion pound hospital construction projects. It
is this range of project experience in terms of size,
value and complexity that gives him a wealth of knowledge
which is readily transferable from one project to another.
Ian brings to the firm his solid grounding in traditional
quantity surveying coupled with modern project management
techniques, which backed up by his breadth and depth of
experience and expertise allows the firm to provide our
clients with a quality service that can be relied upon.
